(a private road) for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East with the South line of Mimosa Lane a distance of 120.5 feet to an iron rod
for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South a distance of 285.0 feet to an iron rod in the South line of said Block
16, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West with the South line of Block 16, a distanc� of 120.5 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.79 acres of land.
