Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the East line of Grace Street for the most
Northerly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 35' 04' E with the East line of Grace Street a distance of 9.0 feet to an "x" set
in concrete at an ell corner of said Lot 1—A;
THENCE N 55' 00' E a distance of 20.4 feet to a masonry nail found at an ell corner of said
Lot 1—A;
THENCE S 35' 04' E with the East line of said Lot 1—A, a distance of 126.0 feet to a
masonry nail found at its intersection with the North of Ninth Street;
THENCE S 55' 00' W with the North line of Ninth Street a distance of 220.53 feet to an iron
rod set at the Southwest corner of Lot 4;
THENCE N 35' 04' W with the West line of said Lot 4 a distance of 135.0 feet to an "x' set
in concrete at the Northwest corner of said Lot 4;
THENCE N 55' 00' E a distance of 200.13 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.68 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
