County Plat Records, said point being in the East line of Grace Street for the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 350 04' E with the East line of Grace Street a distance of 9.0 feet to an "x" set
in concrete at the Northwest corner of a portion of Grace Street conveyed in Volume 1739,
Page 100, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE N 550 00' E a distance of 20.4 feet to a masonry nail set at the Northeast corner
of Grace Street tract;
THENCE S 35° 04' E with the New West line of Grace Street a distance of 126.0 feet to
a masonry nail set at its intersection with the North of Ninth Street;
THENCE S 550 00' W with the North line of Ninth Street a distance of 120.53 feet to an "x"
set in concrete at the Southwest corner of Lot 2;
THENCE N 35' 04' W with the West line of Lot 2 a distance of 135.0 feet to an "x" set in
concrete at the Northwest corner of Lot 2;
THENCE N 550 00' E a distance of 100.13 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.31 acre of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subsribed hereto,
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
