Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southwest comer of Lot 22, Taylor Subdivision according to plat
recorded in Volume 2, Page 189, Wichita County Plat Records, said iron rod being in the North
line of Sibley Street and also being the Southeast comer of Lot 23;
THENCE N 21' 24' W with the West line of Lot 22 and the East line of Lot 23, a distance of 125.0
feet to an iron rod in the South right-of-way line of Kell Boulevard for the Northwest comer of this
tract;
THENCE N 68' 36' E with the South right-of-way line of kell Boulevard a distance of 400.0 feet
to a point in the East line of Lot 15, Taylor Subdivision, for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 21' 24' E with the East line of Lot 15, a distance of 125.0 feet to its Southeast comer,
for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 68' 36' W with the South line of Taylor Subdivision and the North line of Sibley Street
a distance of 400.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.147 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes
and considerations therein expressed.
