specifically described, by metes and bounds as follows;
eginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 10, block 7, Vista Heights Addition, as
per plat recorded Volume Two, Page 200 , Wichita County plat records, said point
el so being the intersection of the iii right-of-way line of Thirtieth Street and
;he West right-of-way lime of Crest Street and the place of beginning of herein
inscribed tract.
Thence North along the Eastline of the above mentioned Lot 10 and 9 and the
