THENCE N 89'49'20" W with the North right—of—way line of 30th Street 135.00 feet to an iron rod set for
the Southwest corner of Lot 13A, Block 8, and for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North 200.00 feet to an iron rod set at the Northwest corner of the above said Lot 11, Block 8;
THENCE S 89'49'20" E 140.00 feet to an iron rod set in the West right—of—way line of California

THENCE with the West right—of—way line of California Street as follows: South 100.00 feet to a point for the
Southwest corner of the above mentioned Lot 12; N 89' 49' 20" W 5.00 feet to a point for the Northeast
