to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Lot 20, said point being in the
North line of a 10 foot alley;
THENCE N 890 19' 3011 W with the South line of Lots 20 and 21 a distance of
80.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 21;
THENCE N 000 40' 30" with the West line of Lot 21 a distance of 110.0 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.202 acre of land.
