Whereas Calvary Assembly of God Church is the owner of Lot 25 through 29,
Block 7, Sibley Taylor Addition found in Wichita County Plat Records, Volume 2,
Page 132 and said 5 Lots are to be combined into Lot 25-A, Block 7, Sibley Taylor
Addition, being described more specifically as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 24, Block 7, of the said Sibley Taylor',
Addition, set a ' inch reinforcing rod for the beginning point of this tract;
Thence North 250 feet along the East line of a 12 foot alley and the West lines
of Lots 25 through 29 to the Northwest corner of Lot ,29, set a k inch reinforcing
rod for corner; Thence East 140 feet along the North line of Lot 29, 'set a t
inch reinforcing rod in the West line of Broad Street for corner; Thence South
250 feet along the East lines of Lots 25 through 29 and the West line of Broad
Street set a � inch reinforcing rod for corner; Thence West 140 feet along the
North line of Lot 24 to the place of beginning and containing 0.804 acres of
land, more or less.
The Trustees of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
hereto, hereby dedicates to the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, easements, drains, and public places theron shown, for the purpose
and consideration �therein expressed.
