Block 24, Sibley -Taylor Second Addition, to the City of Wichita Falls, said
Lots to be combined into Lot 20-B, Block 24, Sibley -Taylor Second Addition to
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas and being more specifically described as fo-
llows:
Beginning at a concrete Texas Highway Dept. R/W monument, that is 21 inche
high and is 8 feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot 19, Block 24, Sibley -
Taylor Second Addition, as recorded in Plat Record, Vol. 2, Page 164, the be-
ginning point of this tract; Thence North 41 degrees, 33 minutes, 55 seconds
West 90.8 feet along the Easterly line of Central Freeway East, Service Road,
set a � inch reinforcing rod; Thence North 00 degrees, 17 minutes, 01 second,
East 100.68 feet along the West line of Lot 18, Block 24, of said Sibley -Tay-
lor Second Addition to the South line of a 12 foot alley, set a � inch re-
inforcing rod; Thence East M L 96 feet, record bearing, along said South Alley
line to a ' inch reinforcing rod, in place, in the West line of Leroy Street,
Thence South 00 degrees, 51 minutes, East 152.1 feet along the West line of
Leroy Street, chisel an "x" in the East side of a 48 incb rconcrete pipe, for
