A tract of land being more commonly known as Lots 9 and 10, Block 6, Sibley Taylor Addition, an addition
to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and
bounds as follows'
Beginning at a 3/8 inch iron rod lying in the east right-of-way line of Yale Street, said iron rod
heing the northwest corner of said Lot 9, Block 6, Sibley Taylor Addition, and also being the northwest
corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along the north line of said Lot 9, East 140.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in the west
tine of a 12-foot alley, said iron rod being the northeast corner of said Lot 9, and also being the northeast
corner of this tract;
Thence along said west line of a 12-foot alley, and along the east line of said Lots 9 and 10, South
100.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the southeast corner of said Lot 10, and also being the southeast corner
of this tract;
Thence leaving said west line of a 12-foot alley, and along the south line of said Lot 10, West 140.00
feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in said east right-of-way line of Yale Street, said iron rod being the
