to Wichita Falls, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 2, Hillcrest Addition, according to Plat
recorded in Volume 2, Page 103, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the South Right-of-
way line of Thirtieth Street;
THENCE with the East line of said Lot 3, South 125.0 feet to its Southeast corner, said point
being in the North line of an 15 foot alley, the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with North line of said Alley, West 150.0 feet the Southwest Corner of Lot 5, Block 2 of
said Hillcrest Addition, the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the West line of said Lot 5, North 125.0 feet to a point in the South Right-of-way
of Thirtieth Street the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the South Right-of-way line of Thirtieth Street, East 125.0 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 0,43 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
