WHEREAS Curt Youngblood is the owner of a portion of Lots 18 & 19 and all of Lots 20
& 21, Block 10, Hillcrest Addition as recorded in Volume 2, Page 103, Wichita County Plat
Records, and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the North line of 34th Street at the Southeast corner of
said Lot 21 and the Southwest corner of Lot 22, said Block 10, for the Southeast corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 89' 17' 22" W, with the North line of 34th Street and the South line of said Lots
21, 20, 19 and 18, a distance of 157.54 feet to an X set in concrete in a curve to the right
having a radius of 1860.00 feet, said X being at the intersection of the North line of 34th
Street and the East line of Old Jacksboro Highway, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE Northeasterly with said curve to the right and the East line of Old Jacksboro Highway
an arc distance of 124.84 feet (Chord = N 08' 48' 52" E — 124,82 feet) to a drill hole set
in the North line of said Lot 19 at the intersection of the East line of Old Jacksboro Highway
and the South line of a 15.0' alley, for the Northwest corner of this tract
THENCE S 89' 52' 02" E, with the the South line of a 15.0' alley and the North line of said
Lots 19, 20 and 21, a distance of 139.96 feet to an iron rod set at the Northeast corner of
said Lot 21 and the Northwest corner of said Lot 22, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 42' 40" W, with the East line of said Lot 21 and the West line of said Lot 22,
a distance of 124.98 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.43 acre of land.
