is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Block 21, Hillcrest Addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner intersection of Bluff Street and Thirty Sixth Street, said
point being the Northeast corner of Block 21, Hillcrest Addition.
THENCE South with the West R.O.W. line of Bluff Street 125.0 feet to a point on the North line of
a 15' dedicated alley;
THENCE West along said North line of 15' alley, 100 feet to a point which is the Southeast corner
of Lot 3, Block 21, Hillcrest Addition;
THENCE North along the East line of said Lot 3, 125.0 feet to a point on the South R.O.W. line of
Thirty Sixth Street;
THENCE East with the said South R.O.W. line of Thirty Sixth Street, 100 feet to the place of
beginning and containing .28 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and
consideration therein expressed.
