Wichita County Plat Records, and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found for the Southeast corner of Lot 24, Block 22 of said
Hillcrest Addition to Wichita Falls, said rod being in the North line of 38th Street;
THENCE N 89' 01' 18" W, with the North line of 38th Street and the South line of said
Block 22, a distance of 322.09 feet to on "X" found in concrete in the South line of Lot
18 of said Block 22, said "X" being at the intersection of the North line of 38th Street and
the East line of Old Jacksboro Highway;
THENCE N 00' 55' 37" E, with the East line of Old Jacksboro Highway, a distance of 125.03
feet to an "X" found in concrete in the South line of a 15.0 foot wide alley, for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S.88' 59' 55" E, with the South line of said 15.0 foot wide alley, a distance of
322.47 feet to an iron rod found for the Northeast corner of said Lot 24;
THENCE S 01' 06' 05" W, with the East line of said Lot 24, a distance of 124.90 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 40,274 square feet or 0.93 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
