Falls, Wichita County, Texas; more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on Lhe North R.O.W. line of Thirty First Street and at the Southeast
corner of Lot 19, Block 1, Hillcrest Addition.
THENCE North 125 feet to a point on the South I.O.W. line of a 15 foot dedicated alley and at
the Northeast corner of said Lot 19;
THENCE East along said R.O.W. 150 feet to a point, said point also being the Northwest corner
of Lot 23, Block 1, Hillcrest Addition;
THENCE South along the West line of said Lot 23, a distance of 125 feet to a point on the North
R.O.W. line of Thirty First Street;
THENCE West along said R.U.W. 150 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.43 acres of
