THENCE with the West line of said Lot 31—A, North a distance of 125.00 feet to an iron rod
set at the Northwest comer of said Lot 31—A, said rod also being in the South right—of—way
line of a 15.00 foot alley, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the South right—of—way line of said 15.00 foot alley, East a distance of 200.00
feet to a PK nail set at the Northeast comer of said Lot 34, said PK nail also being in the
West right—of—way line of said Bluff street, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
