THENCE S 89' 57' W with the South line of Lots 15 and 14, a distance of 99.90 feet
to an iron rod found for the Southwest corner of Lot 14;
THENCE N 00' 21' W with the West line of Lot 14, a distance of 125.01 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.32 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
