WHEREAS, Gary Perry is the owner of Lots 33 and 34, Block 1, Hillcrest Addition to the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, filed in Wichita County Plat Records Volume 2, Page 102, being
more specifically described as follows.
Beginning at the Southwest corner ofsaid Lot 33, set a'h inch reinforcing rod in the
North line of 31 st Street, the beginning point of this tract.
Thence North 125 feet along the East line of Lot 32, Block 1, Hillcrest Addition and the
West line of said Lot 33, set a''/2 reinforcing rod in the South line of 15 foot alley.
Thence East 91 feet along the South line of said alley, set a '/2 inch reinforcing rod in the
West line of Armory Road.
Thence South 125 feet along the west line of Armory Road to the point in the North line
of 31 st Street set a.'/2 inch reinforcing rod.
Thence West 91 feet along the North line of 31" Street to the place of beginning and
containing 0.261 acres of land more or less
