Whereas Charles Stonecipher is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Block
16, Hillcrest Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the intersection of U. S. Highway 281 and Thirty -
Fifth Street;
THENCE East 120 feet along the South R.O.W. line of Thirty -Fifth Street to a point;
THENCE South along the West line of Lot 14, Block 16, Hillcrest Addition a distance of 125
feet to a point on the North R.O.W. line of 9 15 foot alley;
THENCE West along said alley 120 feet to a point on the East R.O.W. line of U. S. Highway
281;
THENCE North along said East R.O.W. line 125 feet to the point of beginning and containing
.344 acres of land.
The owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
