Plot Records, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE along the East line of said Lot 18-A, North 84.20 feet to an "x" in concrete for the Northeast corner of

THENCE along the North line of said Lot 18-A, West a distance of 120.00 feet to a "x" in concrete for the North-
west corner of said Lot 18-A and for the most Westerly Southwest corner of this tract; said point lies in the
said East right-of-way line of Old Jacksboro Highway;
THENCE along said East right-of-way line of Old Jacksboro Highway, North, a distance of 132.50 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.512 acres ( 65,865 square feet ) of land.
