metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot i5, Block 24. oillcrest Addition to Wichita
Falls, Texas as recorded in Volume 2, Page 103, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE N 000 58' 00" E with the West line of said Lot 15, Block 24, a distance of 125.00
feet to an iron rod in the South right-of-way of Midwestern Parkway;
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with the South line of Midwestern Parkway the
following calls: S 69° 00' 55" E - 53.20 feet to an iron rod; S 67' 35' S3" E - 67.03 feet
to an Iron rod at the beginning of a curve to the right with a radius of 720.00 feet
and a central angle of 100 30' 35"; in a Southeasterly direction with said curve to the
right an arc distance of 132.08 feet to an iron rod at the end of the curve; S 560 33'
00" E - 39.44 feet to an iron rod set in the South line of Lot 10, Block 24, Hillcrest
Addition for the East corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 01' 15" W with the North line of an alley a distance of 262.75 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.416 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby
dedicate to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations -therein expressed.
