intersection of the South line of Midwestern Parkway and the West line of Bluff Street,
THENCE South with the West line of Bluff Street a distance of 125.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast
comer of Lot 1 and in the North line of a 15 foot alley;
THENCE West with the North line of said 15 foot alley a distance of 300.0 feet to an iron rod at the
Southwest corner of Lot 6;
THENCE North with the West line of Lot 6 a distance of 125.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner
of Lot 6 and in the South line of Midwestern Parkway;
THENCE East with the South line of Midwestern Parkway a distance of 300.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.86 acre of land.
