BEGINNING at an iron rod at the intersection of the East line of Old .7acksbaro Highway and the North
line of Midwestern Parkway, said point being the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the East line of Old 7acksborc Highway a distance of 84.2 feet to an iron rod in the
center of a 15 foot wide Alley closed by City of Wichita Falls Ordinance No. 93-86, for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE East with the center of closed Alley a distance of 620.0 feet to an iron rod for the Northeast
corner of this tract, -
THENCE South, at 7.5 feet pass the Northeast corner of Lot 30 and continuing on same course, in all
a distance of 55.3 feet to an iron rod in the North line of Midwestern Parkway for the Southwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE West with the North line of Midwestern Parkway 45.28 feet to the beginning of a curve to the
left having a radius of 1145.92 feet;
THENCE in s Westerly direction with said curve to the left an arc distance of 200.0 feet to the
beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 1432.39 feet;
THENCE in a Westerly direction with said curve to the right an arc distance of 47.04 feet to an iron
rod at the and of curve;
THENCE West, continuing with the North line of Midwestern Parkway a distance of 329.3 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 1.02 acres of land.
