and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 18, said point being in the East
right-of-way of Travis Street;
THENCE East 200 feet to Northeast corner of Lot 22;
THENCE South 106.5 feet to North line of Midwestern Parkway right-of-way;
THENCE N 681 37' W along said right-of-way 29.5 feet to the beginning of a curve
to the left having a radius of 770 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly along said curve for a distance of 178.8 feet to the West
line of Lot 18, said point being in the intersection of North right-of-way of
Midwestern Parkway and East right-of-way of Travis Street;
THENCE North along said East right-of-way, 50.35 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.34 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is
subscribed hereto, and in person, or through a duly authorized agent, hereby
dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, easements and nuhlic )l;lce thereon shoran for the purposes and considerations
