City of Wichita Falls. Wichita County, Texas said addition being further
identified as being out of League 4, Cherokee County School Lands, said tract
being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod at the point where the east right of way
line of the Old Jacksboro Highway intersects the south right of way line of
'1st Street: said rod beina further identified as lying in the north line of
of Lot 10 of the above mentioned Hioc If 4 of the Hi l icresi Addition:
Thence East along the south right of way line of 31st Street a distance
ad 304.80 feet to an iron rod, the northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 4;
thence South along the east line of the aforementioned Lot 4 a distance
-of 12:3 0 feet to an -iron rod, the southeast corner of the above mentioned
Lot 4; thence West along the north-�aght of way line of a 15 foot wide
