FIELD NOTES
A tract of land Out of B1 oil: 4. Hillcrest Addition, an addi ti an to the
City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas said addition being further
identified as being out of League 4, Cherokee County School Lands, said tract
being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows: -
Beginning at an iron rod at the point where the east right of way
line of the Old Jacksboro Highway intersects the south right of way line of
31st Street; said rod being further identified as lying in the north line of
of Lot 10 of the above mentioned Block 4 of the Hillcrest Addition;
Thence East along the south right of way line of 31st Street a distance
of 304.80 feet to an iron rod, the northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 4;
thence South along the east line of the aforementioned Lot 4 a distance
of 125.0 feet to an iron rod, the southeast corner of the above mentioned
Lot 4; thence West along the north right of way line of a 15 foot wide
dedicated alley a distance of 389.10 feet to an iron rod, the southwest
corner of Lot 10, Block 4, said rod also being the southeast corner of Lot
11 as originally platted; said Lot 11 presently lying entirely within the
right of way of Old Jacksboro Highway; thence North along the right
of way line of Old Jacksboro Highway a distance of 60.71 feet to an
iron rod lying in a paint of intersection in the south right of way line
of the Old Jacksboro Highway; thence along a curve to the right in a
northeasterly direction, said curve has a central angle of 02 deg 25 min 16 sec
a radius of 1,660 feet and an arc length of 76.60 feet to the Place of
Beginning, containing 0.97 acres more or less.
