Two, Hillcrest Addition, Wichita County, Texas, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 16, Block 2, Hillcrest Addition, An Addition to the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas;
THENCE East along the South line of 30th Street, 250 feet to a point;
THENCE South 125 feet to a point;
THENCE West 250 feet to a point on East line of Bluff Street;
THENCE North 125 feet along the East line of Bluff Street to the place of beginning and containing
0.72 acres.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent dedicate to the public use forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein
