THENCE S 89° 42' W along the North line of a 15.0 foot alley 170.0 feet to a point in the East
Right -of -Way line of Jacksboro Highway;
THENCE N 000 18' W with said Right -of -Way line 125.0 feet to a point in the South Right -of -Way line
of Thirty Sixth Street;
THENCE N 89' 42' E with said Right -of -Way line 170.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.488 acre of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this Plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose
and consideration therein expressed.
