recorded in Volume 2, Page 103, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the South
Right -of -Way line of Thirtieth Street;
THENCE with the East line of said Lot 2, South 125.0 feet to its Southeast corner, said
point being in the North line of an 15 foot alley, the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with North line of said Alley, West 200.0 feet the Southwest Corner of Lot 3A,

of -Way of Thirtieth Street the Northwest corner of this tract;

of beginning and containing 0.574 acre of land.
