the perimeter of which is described by metes and,bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake SCL for the original N.E. cor. of said Lot 3 and the N.E. cor. of this
tract, in the east line of Britain Street (50 it. R.O.W.).
THENCE South, with the east lino of said Britain Street, 103.0 It. to an iron stake set for the
origianl S.E. cor. of said Lot 4 and the S.E. cor: of this tract.
