A tract of land being more commonly known as a part of Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block
26, J. Caruthers Resurvey of the I. Jalonic addition, an addition to the city of
Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically described
by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod, being the point of intersection of the west
right-of-way line of Clark Street and the south right-of-way line of Twelfth
Street, said 1/2" iron rod being the northeast corner of said Lot 7, Block 26,
and also being the place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said west right-of-way line of Clark Street, South 350 26' East
65.43 feet to a 1/2" iron rod being a point of curvature;
Thence continuing along said west right-of-way line, and along a 166.41 de-
gree curve to the right, having a radius of 34.43 feet and a central angle of 35°
26'., a total distance of 21.29 feet to a 1/2" iron rod for the point of tangency;
(hence continuing along said west right-of-way line, South 55.73 feet to a
1/2" iron rod for the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said west right-of-way line of Clark Street, and along the
south line of said Lots 9 and 10, Block 26, South 89° 06" West 87.21 feet to a 1/2"
iron rod for the southwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 340 59' West 82,55 feet to a 1/2" iron rod lying in said south
right-of-way line of Twelfth Street said 1/2" iron rod being the northwest corner
of this tract;
Thence along said south right-of-way line of 'twelfth Street, North 55° 11'
East 109.90 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.27 acre, more or less.
