A tract of land being more commonly known as Lots 13, 14 , Block 24, Scotland
Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Fails, Wichita County, Texas, and
being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an "x" in concrete being the point of intersection of the north
right-of-way line of North Fifth Street, and the east right-of-way line of North
Broadway, said "x" being the southwest corner of said Lot 13, Block 24, and also
being the southwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said east right-of-way line of North Broadway, North 140.00 feet
to a t" iron rod lying in the south line of a 20-foot alley and being the northwest
corner of said Lot 13, Block 24, and also beingthe northwest ccrner of this tract;
Thence along the said south line of a 20-foot alley, East 100 feet to a II" iron
rod being the northwest corner of said Lot 15. Block 24, and also being the north-
east corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said 20-foot alley, South 140 feet to a t" iron rod lying in
