32, Scotland Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Lot 24, Block 32, Scotland Addition, according
to the plat recorded in Volume 1, Page 56, Wichita County Deed Records, said rod being at the intersection
of the North line of North Third Street and the West line of North Brook Street;
THENCE N 89' 59' W with the North line of North Third Street, 150.0 feet to iron rod for the Southwest
corner of Lot 22 of said Block 32, and the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the West line of said Lot 22, at 140.0 feet passing its Northwest corner, continuing
North, at 160.0 feet passing the Southwest corner of Lot 3 of said Block 32, and continuing North, in
all, a distance of 300.0 feet to an iron rod, the Northwest corner of said .Lot 3, said rod being in the South
line of North Fourth Street;
THENCE S 891 59' E with the South line of North Fourth Street, 150.0 feet to an iron rod in the West
line of North Brook Street, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South with the West line of North Brook Street and the East line of said Block 32, a distance
of 300.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.033 acre of land of which 0.069 acre is
in the allev.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is suhscrihed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever All streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose.. And
considerations therein expressed and in the capacity therein stated.
