Beginning at a point of intersection of the South right-of-way line of Fort Worth B Denver RR. and the East
right-of-way line of Forrest Avenue, said point being the Northwest corner of Bloek 4 and place of beginning of this description;
Thence leaving said East right-of-way line of Forrest Avenue and along the North line of Block 3 and
Block 4, South 800 06' East 1279.O4'feet to a point of intersect(on of said South right-of-way line of Fort Worth
and Denver Rail ad and the West right-of-way line of Grand Avenue for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence along said West right-of-way line of Grand Avenue South 200.92 feet to a point in the North
right-of-way line of a 20 foot alley for the Southeast corner of this tract, and the Southeast corner of $aid
