BEGINNING at an iron rod, the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 31, Scotland Addition, as recorded in
Vol. 1, Page 46, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the intersection of the South Right -
of -Way of North FourthStreet and the West Right -of -Way of North Broadway;
THENCE South along the West Right -of -Way of North Broadway 140.0 feet to a nail for the Southeast corner
of this tract and the Southeast corner of said Lot 1;
THENCE West along the South line of said Lots 1 and 2, and the North side of a 2n.n foot alley, 100.0
feet to an iron rod for the Southwest corner of this tract and the Southwest corner of said Lot 2;
THENCE North 140.0 feet along West line of said Lot 2, 140.0 feet to an iron rod in the South Right -of -
Way of North Fourth Street for the Northeast corner of this tract,also hPinn the Northwest corner of
said Lot 2;
THENCE East along South Right -of -Way of North 4th Street 1n0.0 feet to the PLACE nF BEGINNING and
containing 0.3214 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration
therein expressed.
