WHEREAS Crossroad Worship Center is the owner of Lot 24 and the East 8' of Lot 23,
Block 10, Scotland Addition, and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the Southeast corner of Lot 24, Block 10, Scotland Addition,
as recorded in Volume 1, Page 56, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being at the
intersection of the West line of North Broadway Street and the North line of North Eighth
Street, said rod also being the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West with the South line of said Lot 24, the South line of Lot 23 of said Block 10,
and the North line of North Eighth Street, a distance of 58.0 feet to an iron rod set at the
Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Kevin W. Rickman by deed recorded in
Volume 2910, Page 481, Official Public Records of Wichita County, said rod being the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the East line of said Rickman tract, a distance of 140.0 feet to an iron
rod set at the Norththwest corner of said Rickman tract in the North line of sold Lot 23,
and in the South line of a 20 foot alley, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East with the North line of said Lot 23, the North line of said Lot 24, and the
South line of said 20 foot alley, a distance of 58.0 feet to an iron rod set at the Northeast
corner of said Lot 24, said rod being at the intersection of the South Line of said 20 foot
alley and the West line of North Broadway Street, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South with the West line of said Lot 24 and the West line of North Broadway Street,
a distance of 140.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.186 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
it has lawful authority to make such dedications.
