Whereas Felts Distributing Co., 1903 Ninth Street, Wichita Falls, Texas, Phone 723-4138,
is the Owner of a tract of land situated in Lots 8 & 9, Block 13, Scotland Addition to the
City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING on the South right-of-way of North Eighth Street at the Northeast corner of
Lot 8, Block 13, Scotland Addition;
THENCE South 140.0 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 8 and the North line of a 20 foot alley;
THENCE West with the North line of said alley 73.6 feet to the East right-of-way of U. S.
287 Expressway;
THENCE Northwesterly with said right-of-way along a 2.32460 curve (with central angle of 15°16',
radius 2464.9 feet and chord bearing and distance of N 11'26' W 133.1 feet) a distance of 133.4
feet to an angle in said right-of-way;
THENCE N 64036' E 22.1 to the intersection of the East right-of-way of U. S. 287 Expressway
and the South right-of-way of North Eighth Street;
THENCE East with the right-of-way of North Eighth Street 80.0 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 0.276 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purposes
and considerations therein expressed.
