Whereas, the City of Wichita Falls is the owner of a certain tract of land
situated in the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and is described
as being the west 50 feet of Lot 9, Block 68, Southland Addition and is hereby
designated "A REPLAT OF THE WEST 50 FEET OF LOT 9, SOUTHLAND ADDITION, LESS
RIGHT-OF-WAY," and Is described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the original southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 68, Southland Addition
said beginning point is also a point in the north line of Keeler Avenue, 100 feet
east of the southwest corner of Block 68;
Thence north 150 feet to a point in the south line of a 20 foot wide alley;
Thence east 50 feet along the south line of said alley;
Thence south 128 feet along a line that is 10 feet west of and parallel to the
east line of Lot 9;
Thence south 62 degrees 54 mins.west 48.3 feet along the north right-of-way line
of Kell Freeway;
Thence west 7 feet along the north line of Keeler Avenue to the place of beginninn
and containing 7,027 square feet more or less.
The owner of this property, The City of Wichita Falls, Texas, a municipality, by
its Mayor hereby dedicates to the use of the public all streets, alleys, parks
watercourses, drains, easements and public places therein shown for the purpose
and consideration therein expressed.
