WHEREAS Bruce D. Meyers is the owner of Lot 9 and the West 40 feet of Lot 10, Block
34, Southland Addition, as recorded in Volume 1, Page 46, Wichita County Plat Records, and
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING atan iron rod set at the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 34, of aforementioned
Southland Addition, said rod being in the North right-of-way of Collins Avenue, a dedicated
street, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 07' 00" E with the East line of said Lot 8, a distance of 150.00 feet to an
iron rod set at the Northeast corner of said Lot 8, said rod being in the South line of a 20
foot wide alley, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE EAST with the South line of said 20 foot wide alley, a distance of 100,00 feet to an
iron rod found at the Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Douglas Harrison by
deed recorded in Volume 1655, Page 384, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 07' 00" W with the West line of said Harrison tract, a distance of 150.00 feet
to an iron rod found in the North right-of-way line of Collins Avenue, said rod being the
Southwest corner of the Harrison tract, and the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE WEST with the North right-of-way line Collins Avenue, at 49.86 feet pass an iron rod
found 0.12 feet South, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 100.00 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.34 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
