on plat recorded in Volume 1, page 46, Wichita County Plat Records, said "x" being in the
intersection of the North line of Collins Avenue and the East line of Brook Avenue, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00. 05' E with the East line of Brood Avenue, a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron
rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 7, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East with the North line of Lots 7 and 8, a distance of 99.84 feet to an iron rod
set at the Northeast corner of Lot 8, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00. 01' W a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod set in the North line of Collins
Avenue, for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE West with the North line of Collins Avenue, a distance of 100.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.344 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
