iron rod in the intersection of the East line of Brook Avenue and the South line of Huff
Avenue;

THENCE West with the North line of said alley a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron rod at the

THENCE N 00° 021 W with the East line of Brook Avenue a distance of 170.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.39 acres of land.
