the intersection of the West line of Brook Avenue and the North line of Lucile
Avenue, for the Southeast corner of this tract
THENCE North with the West line of Brook Avenue 150.0 feet to an iron rod at
the Northeast corner of Lot 24 for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with the North line of said Lots 24 and 23, N 89° 551 W 100.0 feet to an
iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 23, for the Northwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE South 150.0 feet to a 1" iron pipe in the North line of Lucile Avenue at
the Southwest corner of said Lot 23, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89° 551 E with the North line of Lucile Avenue 100.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0,344 acre of land.
