Southland Addition, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas,
said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a Texas Highway Department Monument being the point of intersection
of the south right—of—way line of Keeler Avenue, and the west right—of—way line
of Denver Street, said Texas Highway Department Monument being the northeast
corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said west right—of—way line of Denver Street, South 00 03' West
12.15 feet to a Texas Highway Department Monument being the point of intersection
of the above mentioned west right-of—way line of Denver Street, and the north right—
of—way line of Kell Freeway;
Thence along said north right-of-way line of Kell Freeway, South 30 23' West
26.21 feet to a Texas Highway Department Monument for the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence continuing along said north right-of-way line of Kell Freeway, South 61 58,
West 97.19 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod being the southwest corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said north right-of-way line of Kell Freeway, and along the west
line of said Lot 2, Block 72, North 00 40' West 80.44 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod
lying in said south right-of-way line of Keeler Avenue, said 1/2 inch iron rod being
the northwest corner of this tract;
