FIELD NOTES
A tract of land being more commonly known as Lots 5 & 6, Block 22, Southland
Addition, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and
being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a Y" iron rod being the point of intersection of the south
right-of-way line of Elizabeth Avenue, and the east right -of --way line of Brook
Avenue, said Y" iron rod being the northwest corner of said Lot 6, Block 22, and
also being the northwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said south right-of-way line of Elizabeth Avenue, East 100.00
feet to a Y" iron rod being the northeast corner of said Lot 5, Block 22, and
also being the northeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said south right-of-way line of Elizabeth Avenue, and along
the east line of said Lot 5, Block 22, South 150.00 feet to a �" iron rod lying
in the north line of a 20-foot alley, said ;j" iron rod being the southeast corner
of said Lot 5, Block 22, and also being the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence along the north line of said 20-foot alley, and along the south line
of said Lots 5 & 6, Block 22, West 100.00 feet to a Y" iron rod lying in said
east right-of-way line of Brook Avenue, said �" iron rod being the southwest corner
of said Lot 6, Block 22, and also being the southwest corner of this tract;
Thence along said east right-of-way line of Brook Avenue, and along the west
line of said Lot 6, North 150.00 feet to the ?lace of beginning and containing
