A tract of land more commonly known as Lots 7 and 8, Block 6, Southland Addition, an
addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas and being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron rod at the intersection of the north right-of-way line
of Elizabeth Avenue and the east right-of-way line of Brook Avenue, said 1/2 inch iron
rod being the original southwest corner of the above mentioned Lot 7, Block 6 and the
southwest corner and place of beginning of this tract;
Thence North, along said east right-of-way line of Brook Avenue, a distance of
170.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod, said 1/2 inch iron rod being the intersection of said
east right-of-way line of Brook Avenue and the south line of a 20-foot alley, said 112
inch iron rod being the original northwest corner of said Lot 7, Block 6 and the
northwest corner of this tract;
Thence East, along the south line of sail 20-foot alley and the north property line
of said Lots 7 and 8, Block 6. a distance of 1)0.00 feet to a 112 inch iron rod being the
original northeast corner of said Lot 8, Block 6 and the northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South, along the east property line of said Lot 8, Block 6, a distance of
170.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in the north right-of-way line of the above
mentioned Elizabeth Avenue for the original southeast corner of said Lot 8, Block 6 and
the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence West, along said north right-of-way line, a distance of 100.00 feet to the
