plat recorded in Volume 1, Page 46, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being the Northeast corner

TIIENCE East with the South line of said alley 100.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of
Lot 23, Block 61, for the Southeast corner of this, tract;
TIUNCES 000 191 E with the East line of said Lot 23, a distance of 46.8 feet to a monument in the
North right-of-way line of Kell Blvd., for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Tl]ENCh with the North right-of-way line of Kell Blvd. as follows: S 560 22' W, 60.2 feet to a
monument and S 700 25' W, 53.2 feet to an iron rod, the Southeast corner of said Lot 20-A, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
TIIFI4CE North with the East line of said Lot 20-A, 98.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.175 acre of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
