of -Way line of Kell Freeway;
THENCE S 69' 02' W with said Right -of -Way 64.3 feet to a highway monument in the West line of Lot 21
and the East line of Lot 20, Block 61;
THENCE S 72' 15' W with said Right -of -Way 52.5 feet to an iron rod in the West line of Lot 20;
THENCE North with the West line of Lot 20 a distance of 137.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE East with the North line of Lot 20 and 21, a distance of 110.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.299 acres of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this Plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and
