Whereas Gordon D. Arnold and Mary E.Arnold are the Owners of a certain tract of land
situated in Block 6, West Side Addition out of Highland Addition, an addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 15, Block 6, of West Side Addition out of
Highland Addition, at a point 200.0 feet East of the East right-of-way line of Garfield Street;
THENCE gaat 100.0 feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE South 82.5 feet to the North right-of-way line of proposed Kell Expressway;
THENCE S 660431 W along said proposed Kell Expressway 108.8 feet to a point;
THENCE North 125.5 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.24 acre of land.
The owners of land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent.hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose
