163 Inclusive of Highland Addition to Wichita Falls, Texas; said tract more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" Iron rod in the South right-of-way line of Avenue "Q", said Iron rod
bears East 100.00 feet from the Northwest corner of said Block 1, West Side Addition; for the
Northwest corner of said Lot 9, the Northwest corner of this tract, and place of beginning of
this description;
Thence along said South right-of-way line of Avenue "Q", East 100.00 feet to a 1/2" iron
rod for the Northeast corner of the above mentioned Lot 8 and the Northeast corner of this
tract;
Thence leaving said South right-of-way line of Avenue 'IQ" South 150.00 feet to a 1/2"
