known as Part of Lots 10-16, Block 0, Kemp & Kell Subdivision„ Part of Lots 1-7, Block J, Kemp's Fair
Park, and a part of a closed portion of Kemp Boulevard, all being ♦ddi Lions to the City of Wichita Pat Ia.
Texas. and being more specifically described by mates and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2, iron rod at the point of intersection of the South right-of-way tins of Hampstead
Lane, a dedicated street, and the West line of a 15 foot wide dedicated Allay, said 1/2' iron rod being
the Northwest corner of College Heights, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas said 1/2' iron
rod being the Northeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence South 000 08' West .332.92 feet along said West line of College Heights and said West line of a
15 foot wide Alley to a 112' iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
